Fix Muddy Sound With Real Tech Audio and Windows 7

  1. Along the bottom task bar click on the little speaker button. A volume slider will appear.
  2. Above that, there is an unmarked rectangle button. Mousing over it, it will say "speakers realtek high definition audio"
  3. Click the button. A Speakers Properties dialog box appears.
  4. Click on the Enhancements tab.
  5. Then click the disable enhancements check box, and click apply.
