Customize Your Screen for Eye Protection for Windows Xp

1. Go to Control panel >> Display.

2. Go to “Appearance” in the “Display Properties” menu.

3. ISelect "Windows Classic Style" from the "Windows and Buttons" submenu.



4. Select "High Contrast Black" as your new lower-stress color scheme.
