Change Windows XP Icons to Vista Icons Using Icon Tweaker



1. Download the Icon Tweaker. This program will change the Windows XP icons.

2. Download the Windows Vista icon pack.



3. Apply the icons by browsing for the icon pack and clicking Apply theme.
