Disable Most Parental Controls on 98 XP Excluding 2K and NT4

1. Restart your computer and continually press F8.

2. Select Safe start with networking.

3. Log in using the account named administrator.

4. Open "run" by hitting Win + R (the key with the Windows Flag) or go to Start>Run.

5. Type "msconfig" into the dialog.

6. Select the startup tab.



7. Under the startup tab uncheck the parental control app you wish to disable.
