Register Dill Files on windows 7

1. Click Run in the start menu of Windows 7. Then type in cmd on the Run box and click OK. This opens the command prompt.
2. If you know the command for the Dill file you want to register type in the full path that is the drive letter and file name.
3. Once you have typed in the full command and path click OK and the Dill file is now registered. You can register the Dill files one by one in this way.
