Quick Tab Change Windows 7

1. To switch between open applications: Hold Alt and press tab, to bring up the tab selector and whilst still holding Alt, press Tab again to change applications, then release both
2. To switch tabs: Hold Ctrl and press Tab (This can glitch from time to time)
